ALDEA BLANKET

ALDEA BLANKET

$350

5ft x 7ft
Hand Woven & Natural Dyed
100% Wool

These blankets are hand woven using pure wool
in the Western Highlands of Guatemala. The weavers produce woolen textiles using traditional techniques in their mountain village of Momostenango. The artisans raise the sheep, shear the wool and spin the naturally dyed yarn to make these beautiful pieces.
The thick and incredibly soft blankets, locally called "chamarras", are extremely warm and a true treasure.

Each blanket is unique and displays variations,
due to the natural dye and hand made quality.

Made in Guatemala.
